Michael Roberts finally arrives in South Africa. In his own words Michael has ‘always wanted to visit South Africa’. Tapping in to the true colourful nature of South Africa fashion Michael really captured the true ambition of the majority of the South Africa population. This ambition is ingrained in the culture of South Africans, dressing your best and looking good no matter your economic situation. Shooting in Soweto for part of the shoot was a true experience for the team. Steeped in culture, the busy streets slow down for no-one. The crew enjoyed being in the thick of it so to speak, locals staring trying to get a glimpse of what was going on made for a truly authentic experience.
